The same happened to my eldest , around 10 at the time, coming out of twilight sedation for very minor surgery. They screamed, then yelled that they could feel everything the surgeon did. I nearly threw up I was so horrified. Docs acted like it was no big deal, and my child forgot once they were fully conscious. I'll never forget.

Poor baby.
What a brilliant explanation of surgery!
Responding negatively to surgery which was to relieve pain and swelling isn't good.
Did the doctors say anything, but how well it went?
No. The doctor said it went fine- and that they would send the tissue for biopsy.
My mom woke up terrified. I had never seen her like that before.
I think making her wait 12 days for the surgery was a mistake, by them, the doctors.
It was cruel.

Oh, sweetie
